Can I cancel my order?

Yes — but only within 2 hours after the order is placed. Because we prepare and ship orders quickly, cancellation requests made after this window may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, email us at [store_email] with your order number and reason. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

Can I change something in my order (like size, color, or address)?

We’re happy to help with changes as long as your order hasn’t been shipped. Send your request to [store_email] as soon as possible, including:

  • Order number
  • The item(s) you want to change
  • Your updated details (size, color, shipping info)

We’ll confirm whether the change is possible before proceeding.

What if my order has already shipped?

Pre-orders & personalized items

Please note: Pre-order and made-to-order items (such as personalized or custom pieces) cannot be canceled or changed once production has started. We recommend double-checking all information before placing these types of orders
