We ship all orders using trusted carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. Standard processing time is typically 1–3 business days, followed by transit time based on your shipping destination.

Orders over US $250 receive free shipping automatically. All packages include tracking numbers so you can monitor your order from our door to yours.

Delays may occur during holidays, promotions, or unforeseen events. If you need assistance tracking your package or have special shipping requests, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible items. Products returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition—with all tags intact—will be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your return is received. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
